About Saga and these terms
Saga Mobility is operated by Konathala Bhuvanesh Kumar, an individual, at 35-1-4, Kancharapalem, Visakhapatnam 530008, India. “Saga”, “we” and “us” mean this operator. We provide all-electric airport taxi journeys, currently focused on Visakhapatnam Airport.
These terms apply from 29 September 2026 to use of the Saga rider app, bookings made through it and this website. Review the booking details and terms before confirming a request. The website introduces the service and upcoming app; it does not accept ride bookings or payments.
Our Privacy Policy explains personal-data processing and account deletion. These terms do not replace any separate consent required by law.
Your account and sign-in
You must be at least 18, have legal capacity to enter a booking agreement, provide accurate information and keep your account secure. Rider sign-in uses phone OTP verification. Use a mobile number you are authorised to use and keep login codes private.
Do not impersonate another person, share accounts for unlawful purposes or access someone else’s bookings. If booking for another passenger, obtain authority to provide their necessary details and give them the trip information. Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Booking an airport journey
You can request a ride now or schedule a pickup through the rider app. Check your pickup location, destination, date, time and vehicle selection before submitting a request. A request is not a confirmed vehicle assignment or a guaranteed pickup time; follow the booking status shown in the app.
Saga’s EV Economy and EV Premium offerings are all-electric. The vehicle and features available for a particular journey depend on the confirmed booking. Category names do not guarantee a particular model, seating arrangement or luggage capacity.
Service availability depends on our operating area, available vehicles and airport access conditions. Our current focus does not imply coverage in every city or at every airport.
Airport pickup and passenger responsibilities
Follow your confirmed trip’s pickup instructions and airport access and parking rules. Enter travel information accurately if requested. Allow sufficient time for airport entry, security and check-in.
Be ready at the agreed point, carry lawful luggage within the vehicle’s capacity and comply with seat-belt and road-safety requirements. Children need appropriate supervision and restraints where required by law. Threatening, abusive or unsafe conduct and prohibited items are not permitted.
Any waiting, parking, toll or other additional charge must be explained and accepted before it is incurred. Charges that were not disclosed may be disputed through our complaints process.
Fare estimates and cash payment
The app presents an estimated fare before a ride request. Check the route, category, fare and disclosed conditions before booking. Any adjustment or additional charge must have a clear explanation and comply with applicable law.
Current new bookings use cash payment. Pay the amount due for the completed journey and keep the ride reference for billing questions. This website does not collect card details or process payments. Card checkout, UPI checkout and online wallet funding are currently unavailable.
We will explain any new payment method, provider and applicable refund process before you use it.
Cancellations, changes and billing concerns
Use the app’s cancellation option when available before a trip starts and check the updated booking status. A change of route or time may require a new quote or request. A journey may be cancelled if a vehicle cannot be assigned or the trip cannot be provided safely or lawfully.
A cancellation or no-show charge applies only if its amount and conditions were clearly disclosed and accepted before booking. We do not charge an undisclosed cancellation fee.
For an incorrect fare, duplicate collection, overpayment or a charge for a journey not provided, email support@sagamobility.com with the booking reference and relevant evidence. We investigate under the complaints process below. Where a refund or correction is due, we explain the amount and agree an appropriate method with you; we do not charge an undisclosed handling fee. Statutory consumer remedies continue to apply.
Trip-start OTP and safety
The app uses a six-digit trip-start OTP. Share it only with your assigned driver when the vehicle has arrived and you are ready to start the journey. A trip-start OTP is different from a login code; do not share your sign-in codes with drivers or other people.
Available trip-status and location updates help you follow a journey, but may be affected by mobile coverage, device permissions or connectivity. The app is not an emergency service. In an emergency, contact the appropriate public emergency service.
Acceptable use
Do not use Saga to commit fraud, harass people, place knowingly false ride requests, interfere with the app or access systems without authorisation. Do not attempt to bypass authentication, extract other users’ information or tamper with fare or trip records.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address unlawful activity, account compromise or safety risks. Any restriction must respect applicable law and does not remove valid payment disputes or statutory rights.
Electric journeys and future rewards
Saga’s airport taxi offering is completely EV. CO₂-saving insights and rewards are planned and coming soon; no live reward balance, cash value, earning rate, redemption entitlement or launch date is created by these terms.
Any future emissions estimate will need a published comparison method and assumptions. A future rewards programme will require separate eligibility, earning and redemption rules before launch. Choosing an electric journey is not a claim that the journey has no lifecycle environmental impact.
Service availability and legal protections
Traffic, airport restrictions, severe weather, network failures and other events may affect a journey or the app. We will not treat an estimate, schedule request or map preview as an absolute promise of availability or arrival time.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer protections and responsibility for unlawful or negligent conduct where the law requires it.
Website and app content
Saga’s brand, app content and website materials may be used only as permitted by the relevant rights holder and applicable law. You may access them for personal use of the service; you may not misrepresent ownership, impersonate Saga or copy protected materials for unauthorised commercial use.
External links may lead to services operated by other organisations. Their own terms and privacy notices apply to their services.
Closing your account
In the Saga rider app, open Profile → Delete account and follow the confirmation and re-authentication steps. Active rides must be completed or cancelled before the deletion process can proceed. If a sign-in account is shared across Saga applications, its deletion also removes that shared sign-in.
After account deletion, your sign-in account, profile and associated account settings are removed. We retain payment amounts and ride-cost information for cost analysis and future fare calculations. These calculations do not require your name, phone number, email address or profile photo.
The current service also retains completed and cancelled trip records that can include account identifiers, pickup/destination addresses and coordinates, and journey details. These records are not automatically anonymised by account deletion. The retention section of our Privacy Policy explains the information that remains and how to request a review. Uninstalling the app or signing out does not delete your account.
We plan to keep only unlinked payment and ride-cost statistics for future fare calculations after account deletion. Those retained statistics will contain no user-level information. Until then, the current retention described above applies.
Applicable law and updates
These terms are governed by applicable Indian law. You retain the right to approach a competent court, consumer commission or other statutory authority; our complaint process is not a compulsory waiver of those rights.
We publish updates here with their effective date. Material changes are communicated through available service channels before they apply where required. A change does not remove rights that already arose from a completed booking.
