Saga Mobility is an all-electric airport taxi company, currently focused on journeys to and from Visakhapatnam Airport. This website introduces the company and the upcoming Saga rider app.
Are all Saga taxis electric?
Our airport taxi offering is completely EV. Both EV Economy and EV Premium are all-electric vehicle categories.
What are EV Economy and EV Premium?
EV Economy is our value-focused electric ride category. EV Premium is our premium electric ride category. Available vehicles, category details and estimated fares are shown in the rider app.
Can I schedule an airport ride?
Saga supports immediate and scheduled ride requests. Choose your route and pickup time in the rider app, and check the available ride options and booking status there. A request does not guarantee an arrival time.
How does fare preview work?
Choose your pickup, destination and ride category, then review an estimated fare before requesting your journey. A fare estimate is not a fixed-price or final-fare guarantee.
Will I be able to see my trip’s CO₂ savings?
Estimated trip-level CO₂ savings insights are planned and coming soon. Any future figure will need a published comparison method and clear assumptions; no live carbon tracker or numerical savings are promised today.
Will I get rewards for saving CO₂?
We are planning rewards linked to estimated CO₂ savings from electric journeys. The programme is coming soon. Eligibility, earning rules and redemption options will be shared before launch; no points, cash value or reward rate is confirmed yet.
How does the six-digit trip-start OTP work?
Your six-digit OTP is used when your assigned ride begins to confirm the trip start. Follow the trip details and available status updates in the rider app.
When can I download the Saga rider app?
Google Play and App Store downloads are coming soon. The rider-app download placements on this website are placeholders until the app is publicly available.
